The 2025 harvest is already history. It was a wonderful experience, with 22 people in high spirits, to harvest the well-ripened white and red grapes.

The grapes looked very good. We were already able to taste the grape juice, and the flavours are promising. But the final result will, of course, only become apparent after fermentation.

In terms of quantity, we were able to harvest more than in 2024. This is due to newly planted vines such as Azal and Avesso, which produced their first harvest this year.

The red Padeiro grapes for the rosé also produced a higher yield this year than in 2024, when a smaller yield was harvested after grafting in 2023.

We now eagerly await the expansion of our white wine range — and invite everyone to taste the 2025 wines from April 2026 onwards, here at Quinta do Paço, when the aromas and freshness of the new harvests can be enjoyed.
