It was with real emotion that we picked the first Avesso and Arinto grapes, destined for our first sparkling wine.

A few days later, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca from the newly planted vines were harvested. These grapes gave rise to the first red wine in the history of Quinta do Paço, a milestone we hold dear.

More Arinto followed, along with the remaining Avesso and Azal. The last to be picked were the Padeiro grapes, for our rosé. We also left a small quantity of Azal and Avesso on the vines for a much later harvest, which will produce our first sweet wine.

Overall, we harvested more grapes than in 2025, thanks to the higher yields from our young vines. We are excited about this new vintage and the new products it will bring, especially the sparkling wines and the sweet wine.

Soon, we will open our new enoteca, a more comfortable space dedicated to wine tasting. We look forward to welcoming visitors, partners, and friends to experience the wines of Quinta do Paço up close, meet our team, and discover the landscape that inspires us.
