Die Weinernte 2025 ist bereits Geschichte. Es war eine wundersch\u00f6ne Erfahrung mit 22 Leuten bei bester Laune die gut gereiften weissen und roten Trauben zu ernten.<\/span><\/p>

Das Traubengut sah sehr gut aus. Wir konnten den Traubensaft bereits degustieren und die Geschmacksnoten sind vielversprechend. Aber das Endresultat wird sich nat\u00fcrlich erst nach der Verg\u00e4rung zeigen.<\/span><\/p>

Von der Menge her haben wir mehr ernten k\u00f6nnen als 2024. Der Grund sind neu angepflanzte Reben wie Azal und Avesso die dieses Jahr erstmals einen Ertrag ergaben.<\/span><\/p>

Auch die roten Padeiro Trauben f\u00fcr den Ros\u00e9 ergaben dieses Jahr mehr Ertrag wie 2024 wo erst ein kleinerer Ertrag nach dem Aufpropfen zu ernten war.<\/span><\/p>

Wir freuen uns auf die Erweiterung unseres Weisswein Sortimentes und w\u00fcrden uns freuen ihnen die 25er Jahrg\u00e4nge ab ca. April 2026 in Pa\u00e7o zum degustieren zu geben.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
